Matt has been working professionally on diesel vehicles and equipment for 30+ years. He became a certified diesel mechanic in 1984 and soon after, worked as a mechanic serving the U.S. Army. Since his time in the military, he has owned and operated his own trucking company for over 25 years. All mobile inspections will be scheduled by appointment only. Appointments must be made 1 week in advance. All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, in accordance with NJMVC requirements.
All New Jersey registered, diesel vehicles with a registered GVW (gross vehicle weight) of 18,000 lbs and above are required to be tested for diesel emissions by a licensed diesel emission inspection facility within 90 days of their month of registration renewal. Vehicles which pass the emission test will be issued an inspection sticker valid for one year. For inspection, you must have a valid drivers license, registration, and proof of insurance.
